Dean Packard has been a middle school principal for the last 15 years at Charlton Middle School in Charlton Massachusetts. Dean was an assistant principal at the same school for 5 years before ascending to the principal’s seat. Dean's wife is a teacher and they have three wonderful kids:  Brooke (26), Abigail (24)  and John (22). His motto:  Every Student - Every Day serves as his compass.
