Elizabeth Dampf is the director of professional learning at Round Lake Area Schools 116 in the Chicago area. She holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Master of Arts in School Improvement Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University. She has worked in education for thirteen years.
